We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer or Backend Developer who wants to work with modern data platforms, scalable data pipelines, and sustainable technical solutions.

In this role, you will combine technical depth with business understanding and work closely with the business to translate needs into robust data and integration solutions. You will become part of an environment where quality, knowledge sharing, and technical development are at the center.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Build and further develop modern data platforms
• Ensure high data quality, security, and manageability
• Work with Python, SQL, and modern data tools
• Implement solutions within Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark, and similar platforms
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Participate in technical discussions regarding architecture, quality, and longevity
• Explore and use AI tools to streamline development work

• Scalable and robust data pipelines
• Data platforms with high quality and security
• Well-structured data flows supporting business needs
• Sustainable technical solutions with a long lifespan
• Documented and manageable code
• Active contribution to technical development and knowledge sharing

• University degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• At least 4–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Developer
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines
• Experience with modern data platforms
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Ability to work hands-on in technical deliveries

• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with Apache Spark
• Experience with dbt
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with ETL and ELT processes
• Experience with AI tools and modern development tools
• Consulting experience
