ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for a summer substitute for the period of June 1st (week 23) to August 31st (week 36) for our client in Trollhättan. The position is a summer substitute role of approximately 85%, and we are positive towards candidates who can start earlier as an hourly substitute, working as needed. There is also an opportunity for a permanent position of approximately 80%.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:00 to 08:00 the following day, with waiting time during the night.

• 08:00 - 18:00 on certain Sundays.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 70s who uses an electric wheelchair. As her personal assistant, you will be a great support in her daily life, with tasks such as personal hygiene, cooking, and household chores. She moves around independently, but you as an assistant will provide support with transfers when needed. This means that there are no heavy lifting tasks in this position.

In her daily life, she also uses assistive devices such as a breathing mask and a shower chair, so it is important that you are willing to learn how to handle these safely and securely.

You will also accompany her to all the activities she wishes to participate in, which could range from grocery shopping to going on an outing by car. She loves swimming, so it is important that you as an assistant are a competent swimmer and have no problem being in chlorinated water.

Your ability to be attentive and empathetic is crucial for understanding and meeting her needs in the best possible way. REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Ability to tolerate chlorine and be a competent swimmer.

• Ability to ride a bicycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in similar work.

Employment level: Summer substitute

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
