TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools across nine municipalities.

We are a private company that, through well-educated and socially competent educators, runs a developmental preschool activity encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1–5.

We are now looking for an experienced and qualified childcare worker (barnskötare) for Sjökadetten Preschool, located in a quiet villa area in Näsbypark.

We are looking for someone who works with joy in work, close collaboration, and flexibility. You preferably have long experience and are confident in your professional role. You must be able to work with both heart and have "street smarts" when facing the challenges of everyday life.

Since language, reading, and documentation are important parts of our mission at the preschool, we require that you have very good Swedish skills in speaking, reading, and writing.

The position is 35–40 hours per week.

We look for you to have:

• Childcare education (barnskötarutbildning)
• A clear focus on the child
• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning
• A clear understanding of our mission (good knowledge of Lpfö 18)
• The ability to translate theory into practice
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Ability to use digital tools in daily work
