We are looking for a personal assistant for a young man with a big heart and unique needs.

Do you want to make a difference in someone's life every day? We are currently seeking an engaged and reliable personal assistant for a lovely young man with a disability.

About the position

This young man is in his late teens and has a significant need for support in his daily life. He uses a feeding tube for nutrition and communicates using body language, sounds, and assistive devices. You must be perceptive, patient, and detail-oriented to interpret his signals and needs.

The work includes, among other things:

• Personal care
• Tube feeding (training provided if needed)
• Cooking
• Assistance with communication
• Leisure activities and daily routines
• Being a calm and secure support in his life

We are looking for you who

• Are responsible, stable, and have plenty of patience
• Have experience with or an interest in working with people with disabilities
• Are not afraid to take responsibility in various situations
• Have a good understanding of alternative communication

Previous experience with tube feeding or similar care work is a merit.

• Working hours: Variable days, evenings, and every other weekend
• Location: Norrköping
• Start date: According to agreement
• Employment type: Hourly employment
