About the Position
We are looking for a driven and experienced administrator who wants to strengthen the administration during the summer, with the possibility of extension. You will work within the Building and Environment Administration, which consists of fourteen employees working as environmental inspectors, building permit handlers, and administrators. The administration works among other things with building permits, housing adaptation, environmental and health protection, and food control.

Responsibilities
The main focus of the position will be administration within environmental, health protection, and food sectors. As an administrator, you will answer incoming inquiries and support the administration by diary-registering incoming emails and physical mail, as well as assisting employees with the support they need. Some case processing within the framework of the Planning and Building Act may also become relevant based on the applicant's competence.
The position is located at the Building and Environment Administration, where you are part of a team of administrators who jointly take responsibility for the administration's operations. During parts of the summer period, after training, you will administer more independently with support from building permit handlers and environmental inspectors. As we are a small administration, you need to be prepared to step in where needed. The work involves many contacts with people inside and outside the administration. We offer you interesting work in a politically governed organization. You will become part of a small and close-knit administration.
Requirements and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Upper secondary education with a focus deemed relevant by the employer.
- Experience in administration.
- Good knowledge of public administration.
- Documented good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license.
Merits:
- Experience working in case management systems, e.g., EDP Vision.
- Knowledge and experience in building permit processing.

Employment Terms
The temporary position is intended to start on June 22 and run until August 31, with the possibility of extension.
- Salary: Monthly salary.
- Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
- Duration: 3-6 months.
- Working hours: Daytime.
