About Us
Capio Primary Care Centre Malmö Singelgatan is looking for a Physiotherapist!
At Capio Primary Care Centre Malmö Singelgatan, you will become part of a wonderful and cohesive team of approximately 30 dedicated employees. Together, we have many years of experience in primary care, and our common goal is always to provide the best conditions for our approx. 7,000 listed patients – throughout their lives.
We offer a dynamic workplace where you get the chance to work both broadly and specialized. In addition to the primary care centre, we have clinics for diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, as well as MVC (Musculoskeletal Clinic), BVC (Child Health Centre), and psychology. Our laboratory is staffed with a nursing assistant, ensuring fast and smooth patient flows.
Here, you will meet a versatile and competent team consisting of district nurses, midwives, pediatric nurses, nurses, dietitians, nursing assistants, psychologists, physiotherapists, doctors, medical secretaries, and receptionists.
Here you will have the opportunity to develop, contribute with your expertise, and be an important part of a team that makes a real difference – every day.
Your RoleAre you a physiotherapist with a focus on exercise and do you like juggling many balls? Then you will thrive with us!
As a physiotherapist with us, you work with independent assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation efforts for patients of all ages. The work includes both acute and planned visits, where you often serve as the first point of contact.
You meet a broad patient group with varying diagnoses – from acute complaints to long-term and chronic conditions. The role therefore requires good clinical competence, the ability to prioritize, and a structured work approach.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with other professions, and you participate in teamwork as well as rounds/joint assessments together with, among others, doctors and occupational therapists for patients with non-acute complaints.
The position offers a varied workday with the opportunity to contribute to the development of the physiotherapy activities.
What We Offer YouWith us, you get more than just a job – you get a workplace where ideas are given space and where you are involved in making a difference every day.
We offer a positive and developmental environment with full focus on our patients. Our primary care centre is managed locally, which means short decision-making paths and that you as an employee have significant influence. Here, engagement and participation are not just words – they are part of our daily life.
At the same time, we have the security of being part of a larger organization that provides support, inspiration, and opportunities for knowledge exchange. You get the best of both worlds – the small context where you are important, and the large network that gives you strength to grow.
In addition, we also offer the following:
- Collective agreement
- Present manager
- Competence development, both internal and external
- Wellness allowance
- Breakfast every day
- Networking within your field
- An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other
We are looking for you who want to make a difference – every day!
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and who want to contribute to a practice with high patient focus and good accessibility.
Previous experience from primary care or a primary care centre is meritorious. To thrive in the role, you need to have broad clinical competence and feel confident in both acute assessments and long-term rehabilitation work.
You have a professional attitude, good collaboration skills, and a structured work approach. Furthermore, you are proactive, communicative, and have the ability to create trust among both patients and colleagues.
You want to be involved in developing the practice and see collaboration with colleagues as a natural part of the job.
And yes, we always start with a six-month probationary period – so we have time to get to know each other before we say "yes" for real.
We would like the position to start on August 24th.
