Employment Type: Temporary/On-call, covering for regular staff absence

Working Hours: Daytime 08:30–16:30 on weekdays, as well as evenings/weekends/nights as needed

We are now looking for you who are seeking a part-time job in the beautiful nature of Åkersberga! You will work together with a colleague (double staffing), and we are looking for someone who can step in during regular staff absences on weekdays, as well as during planned shifts in the evenings/weekends when the client's parents are away. A driver's license is an advantage for getting to work, but is not a requirement.

The client is a 30-year-old woman who lives in a villa outside Åkersberga with her parents. She enjoys doing her own crafts in peace and quiet, so as an assistant, you need to thrive in a calm work environment where life does not need to move at a high pace. However, you must have a sensitive touch and be able to act quickly when the client needs your help.

Our client does not speak but is physically mobile. She needs help and support with both meals and personal hygiene. Since she does not communicate verbally, this can lead to some challenging behaviors when she feels misunderstood. You need to be confident in your role as her assistant and be able to de-escalate these situations.
