We are now looking for a nurse for Skogsgläntan
Skogsgläntan is a special housing facility with a somatic focus, comprising 26 apartments. We offer 1 position.
Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for a competent and responsible nursing colleague for care responsibility at a special housing facility with a somatic focus. As a nurse with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on qualified health care interventions.
You work closely with our citizens and their relatives in a cross-professional team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and care staff. The collaboration with doctors from the health center is well-established. We work together to create security and quality. All licensed personnel are based in the same premises in the municipal office, which creates good opportunities for good collaboration with colleagues.
At our organization, it is important that we provide quality care and put the citizen at the center! Therefore, we are proud to have both a specialist in elderly care, team leader/mentor, medical secretary, and district assistant nurses; who assist the nurses in their daily work to free up time for pure nursing tasks.
We document in LifeCare HSL. We work actively with, among other things, Senior Alert, BPSD, National Care Plan for Palliative Care (NVP), and My Plans.
We work according to an eight-week schedule, which includes two weekends and also some evenings.
Qualifications
You are a licensed nurse with previous experience within municipal health care and a genuine interest in elderly care. Furthermore, you are flexible, solution-focused, structured, and secure in your role. Good teamwork skills are a given, but it is equally important that you can work independently.
As a person, you are positive with good customer service skills and can supervise, teach, and delegate care staff. If you have previous experience working in special housing or further education in geriatrics, it is an advantage. You are computer literate and have a good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish. Furthermore, you need to have a category B driver's license.

Employment Terms
- Salary: Monthly salary.
- Employment type: Permanent position.
- Duration: Permanent.
- Working hours: Schedule. The position comprises 38.25 hours per week.
The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and that it does not need to be taken for internal use.
