About the position
The Women's Health Section offers a workplace where cross-professional collaboration is in focus and where psychosocial care is continuously developed. We are now looking for you who wants to become part of our social worker team!
As a social worker here, you work with crisis, social, and psychosocial investigation, assessment, and treatment from a holistic perspective of the individual. The role involves meeting patients and relatives in crisis, actively contributing to the medical team around the patient, providing counseling on social issues, and collaborating with authorities, other healthcare providers, and voluntary organizations. You also have an important role in supervising social work students and contributing to strengthening the curative competence within the organization.
The position is a full-time temporary assignment lasting until December 1, 2027.
We are looking for someone who

- Is outgoing and socially active in professional contexts. You build contacts and maintain relationships
- Sees the big picture and considers the broader perspective. You understand your role but always consider the best interests of the entire organization in your actions and decisions
- Plans, organizes, and prioritizes work effectively. You set and adhere to timeframes.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work (Social Worker)
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits:
- Authorization as a healthcare social worker with permission to work in Sweden
- Experience working as a social worker in healthcare
