About Angry Creative

Angry Creative AB is a Swedish digital agency with specialized expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and e-commerce. We operate several companies within web development and digital marketing and are currently in an expansion phase. A central part of our strategy is to build our own digital products and business models through our sister company, Opposite AB – a venture arm where we act as both the client and owner of the digital concepts we create. Opposite AB currently operates, among other things, kunskapen.se, an e-commerce platform for print-on-demand products targeting schools and private individuals. The ambition is to grow the portfolio with more digital platforms, e-commerce concepts, and business relationships – including international collaborations within trade and distribution.

About the Role

As a Junior New Ventures Specialist, you work at the intersection of strategy, business development, and operational execution. You report directly to the company owners and are responsible for identifying, establishing, and developing new business opportunities – primarily within Opposite AB, with room to contribute to the group's broader growth strategy. It is just as much about finding opportunities as it is about realizing them. You drive multiple initiatives in parallel and take them from idea to revenue using the internal resources available. You build relationships with suppliers, partners, and potential customers – both nationally and internationally – and have the ability to see the business behind the contact. This role suits you if you thrive with freedom under responsibility, are used to delivering without waiting for perfect conditions, and see every new project as proof of what is possible.

Your Main Responsibilities

You identify and evaluate new business opportunities within e-commerce, digital platforms, and scalable business models. You establish and maintain contacts with suppliers, collaboration partners, and potential customers in Sweden and internationally. You drive business development initiatives from the idea stage to launch and revenue generation. You contribute to M&A-related activities, including research and groundwork for potential acquisitions. You work with Opposite AB's existing operations and identify growth paths. You represent the company in business meetings and negotiations with external parties and report regularly to the CEO.

We are looking for someone who

You have documented experience in business development, sales, or entrepreneurial activities and are accustomed to working with customer relations and external partners in commercial contexts. You have the ability to independently drive multiple projects in parallel and deliver concrete results. You have a strong result- and goal-oriented focus and good communication skills in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Swedish is an asset and is expected to be developed on the job.

It is an advantage if you have a background as an elite athlete or other experience of performing under pressure in competitive contexts, experience in international trade or establishing business relationships in new markets, knowledge of other business languages in addition to Swedish/English, familiarity with e-commerce or digital business models, and an established business network within building materials, sports, tourism, or related industries.
