We are now looking for a nurse for our care and housing facility, Sjöstaden!
Sjöstaden is a care and housing facility for individuals with dementia. It is a modern facility located in new quarters in Limhamn, just a stone's throw from the sea. The building is specially adapted for the elderly, offering a modern living environment with the latest accessibility requirements. The facility has 74 apartments spread over four floors.
We offer you a varied job with the freedom to plan and structure your work independently. Opportunities for competence development through professional networks and further education to become a specialist nurse are available during working hours. Introduction and mentoring are individually tailored during the first year. Working hours are daytime 07:00–15:30, with weekend shifts every sixth week.

Job Responsibilities
As a nurse, you are responsible for the care of the patients. This means you independently assess, plan, and organize medical and care interventions. You are responsible for supervising, training, and delegating care tasks to care staff. You work in a person-centered manner, involving the patient in decisions, and collaborate closely with relatives and the care team.
You collaborate regularly with primary care through rounds with a patient focus. You will also collaborate with several actors according to the healthcare agreement, involving the region, municipality, and primary care, to meet the individual's care needs. At our care and housing facilities, we work with quality assurance systems such as BPSD, Senior Alert, and the Palliative Registry.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with at least two years of work experience. In addition, you have:
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- Insight into current legislation and the ability to set goals and guidelines.
- Good digital competence.
- Category B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Work experience in working with people who are multi-sick and/or have dementia.
- Work experience from municipal healthcare.
- Specialist education in a relevant area.
- Good experience in collaborating with other authorities and participating in various networks.
- Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita.
