Do you want to work broadly with recruitment in an international organization undergoing change?
We are now looking for two experienced recruiters who want to take overall responsibility for recruitment processes and support the business during a period of high growth and change.
About the role
You will become part of an international HR team in a larger organization with operations in international markets. Here, you will work closely with both local HR functions and managers in different countries, focusing on building future competencies.
In the role of recruiter, you will among other things:
- drive recruitment processes from start to finish
- define requirements together with hiring managers and ensure the right profile
- work actively with sourcing and search, primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter
- write job ads and contribute to employer branding
- interview candidates and coordinate the entire process
- ensure a good candidate experience throughout the recruitment
- work closely with stakeholders in several countries
The need spans several areas, including tech, data, and digital roles, as well as more commercial and business-oriented services. The role is operational and involves close collaboration with both HR and the business.
You will work at a high pace where many processes are run in parallel, and where you will have significant individual responsibility to drive the work forward.
About you
You are a confident and self-reliant recruiter who thrives in a dynamic environment where you are given significant responsibility. You have experience handling different types of roles and are accustomed to working closely with managers in the recruitment process.
We believe that you:
- have experience driving end-to-end recruitment processes
- are familiar with search and sourcing, preferably via LinkedIn Recruiter
- have a good understanding of both technical and business-oriented roles
- are skilled in stakeholder management and dare to challenge when necessary
- work in a structured and solution-oriented manner at a high pace
- are communicative and build trust with both candidates and managers
As a person, you are engaged, proactive, and committed to delivering quality. You have a natural drive and take responsibility for your processes, while valuing collaboration and a flat organizational structure.
You express yourself well orally and in writing in both Swedish and English and are comfortable working in an international context.
About the assignment
The assignment is a consultancy role via Adecco, starting immediately and lasting approximately five months. You will be located at the client's office in Malmö and work primarily on-site.
Working hours are office hours, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility exists, but the role requires high presence during the first months of the assignment.
About the client
Our client is an international organization within the financial sector with a strong focus on development, digitalization, and customer experience. The company operates in several European markets and is on an exciting journey of change, focusing on strengthening competencies and ways of working for the future.
The culture is characterized by collaboration, individual responsibility, and a strong commitment to both people and business.
