Customer Account Manager - Aftermarket for International Technology Company

Do you want to combine relationship-building sales with technology and business development? We are now looking for you who want to take a key role in the development of the aftermarket business for an international company within technical installations and service.

About the Role

In the role of Customer Account Manager for the aftermarket, you will work with the company's existing customers in Scandinavia. This is not about cold calling – the customers are already there, and your focus will instead be on building long-term relationships, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and improved service solutions.

You will become a vital part of developing and strengthening the aftermarket business, where the potential is great, and you will have the opportunity to influence both working methods and the customer experience moving forward.

The role involves close collaboration with both service technicians and internal coordinators to ensure high quality throughout the entire customer journey – from needs analysis and quotation to implementation and follow-up.

The position also includes travel within Scandinavia, where you will meet customers on-site together with service technicians to build relationships and further develop the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Identify needs and opportunities for upselling
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on business deals
  • Collaborate closely with service technicians to capture customer needs
  • Participate in customer meetings and travel within Scandinavia
  • Be involved in the development of the company's aftermarket business

We are looking for you who

Your personal qualities will be crucial for success in the role. You are proactive, relationship-oriented, and thrive in a role where you take own responsibility and drive dialogues forward.

You have a technical or mechanical interest and feel comfortable discussing technology with customers and colleagues. Perhaps you have previously worked in technology or have a strong private interest, for example in vehicles, mechanics, or automation.

  • Have an understanding of technology, electricity, and automation
  • Are structured and comfortable with quotations and administration

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in technical sales or as a service technician.

Other Information

Start: As agreed, preferably as soon as possible
Location: West Sweden
Scope: Full-time
Travel: Occurs within Scandinavia. Approx. 4-5 travel days per month, distributed over 1-2 weeks.
