Experienced Recruitment Consultant for Public Sector

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant for a project with a client in the public sector. The assignment involves recruiting both specialist and operationally close roles within areas such as healthcare, law, social sciences, economics, HR, IT, and other support functions.
In this role, you will work broadly with many contact points and collaborate closely with the operations. You are expected to contribute a professional, structured, and consultative approach, while ensuring a quality-assured and competency-based recruitment process.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment
- At least 4 years of experience in competency-based recruitment
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment within government operations
Note: All mandatory requirements must be met for the candidate to proceed in the recruitment process.
We are looking for someone who:
Has good communication skills, works in a structured manner, and has the ability to handle several parallel processes. You thrive in a role with many contact points and maintain a professional attitude throughout all parts of the recruitment work.
