Tasks and Environment

The municipality has 6 preschools with a total of 15 departments and 240 children.

You will be part of a team consisting of counselors, school nurses, school doctors, and school psychologists. The employment is in a central student health service where you work in teams on behalf of the principal. Our student health work is characterized by collaboration and a sense of helping each other.

The goal of the student health service is to promote learning and remove obstacles to learning. The work is health-promoting, preventive, and corrective at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a degree in special education. It is advantageous if you have a preschool teacher degree or a teacher degree for the lower grades of primary school.

As a person, you are open, receptive, and solution-focused. You have an easy time building relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians, and you have the ability to exercise safe and clear leadership. You have good analytical skills and are good at identifying needs and prioritizing from a holistic perspective.

You need to have very good cooperation skills, be flexible, and communicative. You enjoy working both independently and in teams.

A B-driver's license is required.
