Floda Säteri has a history spanning several hundred years, but never has the place been as full of life as it has been over the last 30 years, since the school has been housed in the premises. At our school, the children's interest, motivation, and joy are the starting point for all learning.

Today, we have just over 255 children and students aged 6–16 in Floda. We use Montessori pedagogy to help our students learn as much as possible in accordance with the national curriculum documents (Lgr22). In addition to our primary and lower secondary school, the organization operates three preschools around Lerum Municipality.

Work at the school is characterized by a holistic view, and we work from a 1–16-year perspective, constantly striving to find and follow the "red thread" across different subject areas. Montessoriskolan Floda Säteri is in constant development while simultaneously valuing Montessori pedagogy as a core value and approach to help students develop as much as possible.

As a teacher with us, you are:

It is a strong preference that you are a qualified and certified teacher. Montessori training or work experience from a Montessori school is highly meritorious.

We are looking for someone who wants to work 50 % on Mondays and Wednesdays, teaching wood and metal crafts (slöjd) to our students. The teaching takes place in half-class groups of 10–15 students. Experienced colleagues provide support and assistance to create a sense of security for both you and the students throughout the entire 2026/2027 academic year.
