About the workplace

Vårdcentralen Bokskogen is an established healthcare unit with approximately 8,000 registered patients and 28 employees. We have our own rehabilitation activities and a child health centre, and we are also responsible for supervising a nursing home in Klågerup. We have stable staffing and several colleagues who have worked at the unit for a long time, which creates continuity, security, and a good sense of community. The health centre includes standard professional groups and clinics within primary care. We are proud of our camaraderie and the difference we make in our patients' daily lives.

The health centre is beautifully located in nature in Bara, surrounded by beech forests and golf courses, approximately 20 minutes from Malmö and Lund. You can easily get here by car or public transport, and parking is available just outside. In the spring of 2021, we moved into new, bright premises that provide good conditions for the primary care of the future.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as a District Nurse, you work with clinic duties, telephone advice, and triage. You play a central role in the operation and collaborate closely with other professions to ensure good and safe care. The work involves both independent assessments and teamwork, where you contribute to developing the health centre's working methods and accessibility for our patients.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for you who are a District Nurse with the eligibility to work in Swedish healthcare. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale, is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience working at a health centre, knowledge of the medical record system PMO, and experience in diabetes care.

As a person, you are proactive, committed, and actively contribute to a good work climate. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and have a professional and empathetic approach towards patients and colleagues. Personal suitability is given great weight.
