We are looking for you who are a qualified upper secondary school teacher and have a strong commitment to young people and their schooling. You have broad subject competence, preferably in mathematics and natural sciences or in other subjects such as English, Swedish, or social science-oriented subjects. But do not hesitate to apply if you have other competencies within vocational subjects. As a person, you are calm and confident and skilled in low-affective interaction. You are good at motivating and coaching young people towards their goals. You can quickly build good relationships with both students and colleagues and are both solution-focused and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Step in as a substitute teacher and ensure that lessons can be conducted when teaching colleagues are absent.
• Act as an additional resource and support in the classroom for groups with identified needs.
• Conduct supplementary teaching and support students in several different subjects during the school's homework help sessions.
• Teaching during school holidays may occur.

The tasks vary based on the students' needs and involve supporting students in their knowledge development, but also in their social development where you are an important role model. You collaborate with teachers and other staff to create the best conditions for the students.

Qualifications

• Qualified upper secondary school teacher.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Experience working with young people, for example within schools, sports, or community life.
• Broad subject competence, preferably in mathematics, natural sciences, English, Swedish, or social science-oriented subjects.

Other

Interviews may take place continuously during the application period.

Permanent employment. A probationary period of 6 months may be applied.
