The Husie Primary Care Center is located in a quiet area in eastern Malmö and has approximately 11,600 registered patients. Here, around 40 engaged employees work in various professional roles and specialist areas. Among other things, we have specialist clinics for diabetes and asthma/COPD, as well as close collaboration between professions to create safe and accessible care for our patients.

The operations also include the Child Health Center (BVC) Granbacken, three nursing homes, and 17 LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) residences. Currently, three pediatric nurses work at BVC Granbacken, and we are now looking for you who want to help develop BVC Nallen. The position is currently split between BVC Nallen and Husie Primary Care Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you work with your own BVC clinic and are responsible for child health care according to the national base program. You work in a health-promoting and preventive manner with children and families, meeting patients both individually and in group activities.

The duties include, among other things, clinic work, telephone advice, digital health services, booking, home visits, and vaccinations. You will also work closely with colleagues at the primary care center and contribute to good and accessible care for our patients.

The scope at BVC Nallen is 50 percent, and the remaining part of the position is based at Husie Primary Care Center. Here, you are offered regular training in child health care and other relevant areas, as well as introduction and support based on your needs and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare, as well as further education as a district nurse or pediatric nurse. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Experience working in child health care and knowledge of the medical record system PMO are meritorious.
