They are now looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative for their office in Kristineberg. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop within service, administration, and communication in a professional environment.

At Transvoice, you will become an important part of their customer service team, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and creating a positive customer experience. You will handle incoming cases, answer questions, and support customers through various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide service and guidance to customers
• Administer and follow up on cases
• Work systematically to ensure quality in delivery

Transvoice is looking for someone who is social, detail-oriented, and service-minded. You thrive on interacting with people and are eager to learn more about customer service.

You have:

• Previous experience in service
• Experience working in systems and good computer skills
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal

About the role:

• Full-time, office hours 08:00–17:00
• Location: Kristineberg, Stockholm
• Salary according to collective agreement
