Responsibilities
The position involves developing and implementing a pilot, including a digital platform for interactive education at the Department of Law, Gothenburg University. The work is based on long-term pedagogical development work regarding the changing role and development of the legal profession in an increasingly digitalized, data-driven, and connected society.
The project aims to translate pedagogical models, research-based knowledge, and practical experiences into a digital learning environment that strengthens students' and professionals' understanding of the changing conditions of law, professional responsibilities, and collaboration with technology, innovation, and social development.
A central part of the work is to identify, analyze, and evaluate how digital and interactive educational forms can contribute to increased quality, accessibility, and pedagogical value creation within legal education. This includes developing structures and models for interactive learning, scenario-based training moments, and digital tools that enable reflection on the lawyer's professional role in relation to, for example, AI, digitalization, public administration, and innovation processes.
The work also involves mapping and analyzing relevant technical, organizational, and pedagogical needs related to the platform's development and use. This includes developing systematic processes for content management, knowledge structuring, and digital pedagogical design, as well as identifying methods to utilize and further develop experiences from research, education, and collaboration. Furthermore, the position includes work on developing internal processes and forms of cooperation regarding the platform's use and long-term management. By creating clear structures for content, responsibility, and digital collaboration, the department's opportunities to conduct innovative and future-oriented legal education are strengthened.
You contribute to good and long-term strengthened relationships within Gothenburg University as well as with external actors in the public sector, judiciary, business, and innovation environments.
