About the Role

In the role of Communicator, you will become an important part of the project organization and work close to operations with a broad communication mandate. You will support both internal and external communication efforts and contribute to creating clear, relevant, and target-group-adapted communication across the different parts of the project.

You will work together with the project organization and communication functions in a role that combines coordination, production, and administration with operationally close support. The assignment involves many contact points and suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where structure, collaboration, and initiative are important parts of everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and follow up on communication activities
• Create material for internal and external channels
• Work with digital and printed dispatches
• Produce information and presentation materials
• Support information meetings, events, and consultations
• Work with content for web and social media
• Coordinate photo and film material
• Handle incoming questions and feedback
• Work with target-group-adapted communication
• Identify communicative risks and opportunities
• Work with web publishing and administrative tasks related to communication

We are looking for someone who

• Has a university degree in media and communication science or equivalent
• Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• If only a high school education is completed, at least 5 years of work as a communicator is required
• Has experience with digital communication and social media
• Has knowledge of brand building
• Has good knowledge of MS Office
• Has experience with editing tools such as InDesign and Photoshop
• Has experience with web publishing tools
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
• Has knowledge of clear language (klarspråk)

It is meritorious if you have experience from public operations or larger project organizations. It is meritorious if you have experience with Optimizely/Episerver or Sitevision, but it is not a requirement.

About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment via OIO with a government agency.

Scope: 100% (40 hours/week)
Start: 2026-08-10 or earlier by agreement
End date: 2026-12-31

Extension possibilities exist.

Location: Malmö until 2026-08-31 and thereafter Lund
