Bonzi is currently looking for engaged and responsible individuals who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Stockholm, in Hammarby Sjöstad.

We are looking for you who want to work awake nights approx. 44% per month. Every third weekend is included in this position, as well as some weekday nights.

We are also looking for an assistant who wants to work approx. 3 shifts per week, weekdays and weekends, during day and evening hours.

About the client

About you

We are looking for you who are warm, empathetic, and responsive, and who enjoy working closely with people. You have the ability to sense when you need to take the initiative and when you need to step back and adapt to the client's mood and needs.

You are solution-focused, responsible, and confident in yourself, with a personal maturity that allows you to create calm and security around you.

Dual staffing occurs during day and evening hours, which makes good cooperation skills and lack of hierarchy important.

The tasks are varied and include among other things:

• Support in daily routines and household chores
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Practical support at home and in everyday activities
• Manual transfers occur, so you need to be physically strong

The working hours are varied and can occur both on weekdays and weekends:

• 08:00–16:00
• 10:00–19:00
• 16:00–22:00

Position for awake nights

• 21:00–08:00 (awake night)

Requirements:

• Good physical condition as manual transfers occur
• Non-smoker
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing

Merits:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social services
• Professional experience with the client's functional variation

Scope: 1 position for awake nights. 1 position approx. 3 work shifts per week day and evening. 1 position as a substitute when needed.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and positions can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
