As a Consultant Manager, you will have a key role where you are responsible for both customer relations and consultants. You work closely with your customers, understand their needs, and ensure they get the right person for the right place, while also being a secure and engaged partner for your consultants.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for staffing solutions for both new and existing customers
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Create requirement profiles together with the customer
• Write job ads and attract the right candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Perform reference checks and quality-assure candidates
• Match the right consultant with the right assignment
• Follow up and support consultants at the customer site
• Work proactively to solve customers' ongoing personnel needs

Person Profile

We are looking for you with a strong interest in people, organizational development, and sports. We work with a broad range of industries and services, which means you will face new exciting scenarios and meetings every day. Therefore, we are looking for you who are forward-looking, curious, and fearless, yet confident in yourself to handle these situations. In this role, you work with several processes in parallel, so you should have good prioritization skills to drive the right projects forward.

Furthermore, you are a person with excellent social skills and an easy ability to build relationships.

You have:

• Several years of experience as a Consultant Manager
• Documented good results in staffing and recruitment
• Ability to work independently and drive your own business
• Experience in building and developing customer relationships
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
