About the role
Our client recruits hundreds of managers and specialists for their consultancy business every year and is now looking for you, who wants to work in a strategic and advisory recruiting role. You will become a key partner in ensuring the business has the right competence and will actively contribute to developing both recruitment processes and long-term competence strategies. A large part of your work will involve identifying and attracting candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and strengthening the client's position as an employer.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment processes from start to finish
- Work actively with search and candidate networking
- Build and develop talent pipelines
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor
- Contribute to Employer Branding and candidate attraction efforts
- Work on long-term competence planning together with the business
This is a consultancy assignment via Adecco, starting immediately and running until September 2026, with good opportunities for extension. Working hours are during the day, and you will be based at the office in Gothenburg, though there is some flexibility available.
About you
We are looking for you who is a relationship-building and business-oriented recruiter with a genuine interest in candidate dialogue and talent acquisition. You are accustomed to working at a fast pace, handling several parallel processes, and thrive in an environment where you take significant individual responsibility while collaborating closely with colleagues and managers.
You are curious about development within recruitment and see the possibilities with new technology, digital sourcing, and data-driven approaches.
Requirements for the role:
- University degree in HR or equivalent
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience with search and proactive candidate processing
- Familiarity with digital sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience from the consultancy or service industry
- Experience in tech recruitment
