About Us

At Pathways, we work with sales. We have extensive experience in sales and leadership and have trained and developed salespeople since 2014.

Here, you will get the right tools, training, and coaching to succeed – regardless of whether you have prior experience or not.

We work with several different clients across various industries, giving our salespeople the opportunity to develop, broaden their experience, and eventually work with a variety of assignments. Our clients are leading players in their respective categories, which we are very proud of.

Training and Work

As an employee, you start with a basic sales training where you will learn the fundamentals of sales. We cover how to talk to customers, build trust, use the right sales strategies, and which tools are needed to succeed in the role.

After the sales training, you will receive product training for the client you will be working with.

We currently work with several different types of customer handling, including new customers, active customers, and former customers. This makes the work varied and gives you, as a salesperson, the opportunity to develop in different types of conversations.

We have recently moved to a brand new location at Västra Storgatan 4 in central Jönköping – it doesn’t get more central than this!
