We also have a nationwide service network with several hundred fuel stations for private and commercial traffic. It is to one of these stations that we are now looking for a Deputy Station Manager.
About the role of Deputy Station Manager
As a Deputy Station Manager, you are an important part of the station's management and the station manager's closest support in daily operations. The role combines operational work at the station with increased responsibility for coordinating, prioritizing, and following up on daily work.
You work closely with the team and are a role model in service, sales, and customer interaction. Together with the station manager, you contribute to running the station efficiently, safely, and profitably while creating a pleasant work environment for employees.
The role includes among other things:
- Participate in daily operations and ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Support the station manager in planning, coordinating, following up, and prioritizing daily work.
- Introduce, coach, and support employees in daily work.
- Ensure that the station follows concepts, routines, guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Handle customer issues and contribute to the station's sales, quality, and results.
- Perform result and key figure analyses and take initiatives for station improvement.
You are a co-leader and role model at the station every day. When the station manager is not on site, you are responsible for operational operations and ensure that the business functions safely, efficiently, and according to set goals and concepts.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a strong customer focus, enjoy taking responsibility, and have the ability to create engagement in the team. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have an easy time building good relationships.
We would like you to have experience in service and sales, for example from a fuel station, retail, restaurant, or other service operations. If you have previous experience in leadership or increased responsibility in an operational business, it is an advantage.
Since the station is open early morning to late evening, including weekends, you need to be open to working varying hours.

Terms of Employment
Salary: According to collective agreement
Start date: August 1st or as agreed
Employment level: 75 - 80 %
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period
Station opening hours: 06:00-22:00 (Weekends 08:00-21:00)
Working hours: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends
