Your Responsibilities

As a salesperson at TioTak, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to signed contract. You work systematically according to our clear sales model, with the greatest focus on creating long-term business through good customer dialogue and high trust. The role involves regular travel within Jönköping County/Östergötland County and adjacent regions in connection with customer visits, so we prefer that you are based in the area.

You will work with, among other things:

  • Prospecting and customer processing
  • Customer visits and on-site roof measurements in connection with submitting quotes
  • Participation in trade fairs, relevant business networks, and processing of incoming leads
  • Driving deals through the entire process, often with the opportunity to calculate and close the deal directly with the customer
  • Documenting, structuring, and following up on quotes and activities

Many customers and prospects already know our brand and will at some point be in need of our services, which means a very rewarding and positive sales experience where you quickly get the opportunity to establish a business relationship.

You are part of a sales team with skilled and helpful colleagues throughout the country and report to the Sales Manager. On a weekly basis, you follow up on the results of activities, quotes, and sales, and jointly formulate the sales goals for the coming week.

This is a role with great room for own initiatives and a high degree of freedom under responsibility; perfect for you who are driven by doing business and appreciate being out with the customer.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have solid experience in sales, preferably towards agriculture, but your drive and ability to create relationships are more important than previous industry experience. You are self-motivated, result-oriented, and thrive in a role where you plan your own days.

We believe you have:

  • Secondary education
  • Good experience in proactive B2B sales
  • Good digital competence
  • Category B driver's license
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

As a person, you are outgoing, responsible, and used to working systematically with sales and key figures. You like to create business, are proactive, and are driven by achieving high results. Experience from roofing, construction, or agriculture is meritorious but not a requirement – we will teach you the product!
