We are looking for a Front Office team member who can spread joy and ensure our guests feel welcome! As part of our Service Crew, you will greet our guests with a warm smile and handle all common reception tasks. This is a role that requires both a service mindset and efficiency, but it also gives you the opportunity to make a difference for our guests. The position involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Daily Front Office tasks from check-in to check-out.
• You handle everything from bookings, payments, and inquiries, all to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain our guest promise by delivering a welcoming atmosphere and reliable service.
