Bartender – Summer Job / Seasonal

Terrassen is a summer restaurant located in the park next to Motala ström in Norrköping. Here, good food and drinks are combined with professional and personal hospitality. We aim to create a relaxed yet quality-conscious environment where guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

For the summer season of 2026, we are now looking for several bartenders to join our team.

About the role

As a bartender at Terrassen, you are a central part of the guest experience. You work in the bar with a focus on quality, pace, and service, and are often one of the first points of contact the guest has with the restaurant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serving wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic alternatives
• Mixing drinks according to the restaurant's concept
• Responsibility for order, pace, and quality in the bar
• Professional and welcoming interaction with guests
• Collaboration with the service and kitchen teams

It is an advantage if you can also support the service team when needed.

• Has experience in bar work
• Is social, responsible, and service-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
• Contributes to a positive atmosphere within the team

Employment type and working hours

• Seasonal employment and/or hourly employment
• Working hours are primarily in the evenings and on weekends
• The work takes place during the summer season, but there is an opportunity to work at one of our other restaurants after the summer season.
