We are looking for a Part-Time Event Host in Linköping

What the role entails

As an Event Host, you are the first point of contact for guests before their experience. You represent the event from the moment guests arrive until they are seated, and your hospitality sets the tone for the entire evening.

The role includes welcoming guests in a professional and warm manner, scanning tickets and managing entry smoothly, guiding guests to their seats and answering questions, handling practical situations calmly and solution-oriented, and collaborating closely with other staff to ensure a seamless experience.

We are looking for someone who is

• Social and service-oriented, creating a sense of security and well-being for guests
• Professional and reliable, punctual, responsible, and takes the role seriously
• Structured enough to maintain order even during high-paced moments
• Communicative and expresses yourself clearly in Swedish, preferably also in English
