We are now looking for a cold kitchen chef who wants to develop within both cold and hot kitchen operations at Gastropol in the Fenix House in Hagastaden, next to Norra Tornen and Karolinska. Here we run a deli, bar, bistro, conference facilities, catering, events, and service services for the building's tenants. We are also responsible for the spectacular rooftop floor with a bar and views over Stockholm's rooftops.

We are looking for you who love food, have a sense of quality and presentation, and want to help develop a vibrant food and meeting destination together with us.

About the role

As a cold kitchen chef with us, you will have a varied and creative role where you are responsible for creating an inspiring selection of salads, sandwiches, coffee breaks, and other delicacies for our deli, conference, catering, and event activities.

You will become an important part of the kitchen team and also participate in lunch production and support the hot kitchen when needed. Therefore, we are looking for you who are curious to develop broadly within the kitchen and who appreciate working in an environment where no day is like the other.

You work systematically, plan ahead, and ensure that the kitchen is well prepared for upcoming days and weeks. With us, we help each other across departmental boundaries and value teamwork, engagement, and joy in work.
