Wedholms Fisk is now looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Host who, together with us, wants to create fantastic experiences for our guests! We are an experienced team that delivers professional and warm service to our guests day and night, year-round. In the role of Head Waiter, you will utilize your hospitality skills, and we highly value personal interaction.

As Head Waiter, you play a key role as you are the first person our guests meet. We are looking for someone who is driven, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and loves service. You have a leadership role where you guide and motivate the service staff in a pedagogical and responsible manner during your shifts. You have a genuine interest in food, drink, and people, and can communicate clearly to contribute to smooth and profitable teamwork.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest and good knowledge of food and drink
• Has at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Is experienced in leadership
• Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented
• Is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• Is structured, organized, and has good teamwork skills
