Run by Malin Söderström and Carl Ullsten, Fiskeriet is a modern and innovative restaurant located in a vibrant dining scene at Teatern in Ringens Köpcentrum, Skanstull.

Teatern hosts nine other operators, including Marco Badoune, Adam and Albin, and Sayan Isaksson. Each has a clear distinct focus, while ours specializes in seafood. We serve a high volume of guests quickly from our small kitchen, where food is prepared with care and precision. The kitchen is fully open, and all staff interact directly with guests. We are a small but tightly knit team driven by positivity, attention to detail, and efficiency. Our menu is short but diverse, featuring items such as crispy fish, fish tacos, and warm-smoked salmon salad. For drinks, we focus primarily on sparkling wines like Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne.

Our unit at Brunkebergstorg follows the same concept as Teatern but operates in its own dedicated space. The menu and service style are identical. We are now looking for cheerful, positive, and ambitious chefs who want to continue developing this successful concept together with us.

You enjoy working towards set goals and ensuring high quality. You thrive in a team environment, have excellent organizational skills, love a clean kitchen, and enjoy interacting with guests in our open-kitchen setting. The role includes standard restaurant kitchen duties, guest interaction in the open kitchen, order management, working towards our targets, and fostering a positive work environment and strong team spirit. Working hours vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
