We are now looking for a chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a chef at Pappa Grappa, you will be responsible for preparing Italian dishes such as pasta, meat, fish, and salads. You will be an integral part of the kitchen's daily operations, contributing to maintaining consistent quality and a smooth workflow during service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing dishes according to the menu and established routines
• Pre-service preparations (mise en place)
• Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety protocols
• Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a chef
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and handles stress well
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong teamwork skills
• Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus

Employment Type and Hours

• Full-time position
• Permanent employment with an initial probationary period
• Working hours are primarily evenings and weekends
• Start date to be agreed upon
