About the position

As a Camp Host/Receptionist and Shop Assistant, you are our face to the outside world. You greet guests, assist them with check-in and check-out, handle bookings, and answer questions about the campsite and the surrounding area. The work is varied and requires both a service-oriented mindset and organizational skills.

Examples of tasks:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Handling bookings via phone, in person, and by email
• Retail sales
• Assisting guests with questions and needs

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented and enjoys meeting people
• Responsible, organized, and has good planning skills
• A joy-bringer who contributes to a positive work environment
• Flexible and accustomed to working at a fast pace
