About the role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Hotel Receptionist for a full-time position in Linköping. This is a role for you who thrives on providing high-quality service and wants to be part of a welcoming and professional hotel environment.

You will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating a positive experience for guests through professional and service-oriented interaction.

Responsibilities
The tasks may vary, but include for example:

• Receiving and assisting guests during check-in and check-out
• Handling bookings, emails, and phone calls
• Providing service and information to guests
• Administrative tasks related to the reception
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a great guest experience

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

• Has a service-oriented attitude and enjoys meeting people
• Is organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has good communication skills
• Is responsible and solution-oriented
• Thrives in an environment with varying pace and working hours

Previous experience is not a requirement – we place great importance on your personality and attitude.
