Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team. In the role, you will be owning facilities management of the client's Swedish office while also leading a receptionist team of 2 and ensuring high quality FM services in daily operations. You will have a varied everyday life with both operational, technical, financial and managerial responsibilities in an international environment. The Role As a Facility Supervisor you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of one site as well as the management of the reception team (2 employees). You will ensure stable and efficient building operations solutions with a focus on quality, processes and procedures. The position is part of the Western Europe and Nordics Regional Team. Client: International corporate banking. Primary tasks: Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the office and technical installations in collaboration with client, technicians, suppliers Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle meetings and follow-up on operational issues Regular and consistent administrative work in the client's system as well as CBRE Responsible for budget, financial follow-up, variance reports for 1 site. Conduct building inspections and ensure quality, compliance and adherence to local authority and client requirements Ensure implementation and follow-up on environmental, health and safety procedures (EHS/QHSE) Responsible for supplier management Identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes and handle daily operational challenges in collaboration with relevant stakeholders People Manager for 2 receptionists. Responsible for arranging external backup when needed Actively contribute to a culture that reflects CBRE's values and principles of cooperation Who You Are We imagine that you are a resilient and solution-oriented professional with experience in facility management or building operations. You thrive in a role with many stakeholders and are able to keep overview in a dynamic everyday life. Able to work independently while adhering to CBRE and client's procedures and processes Experience with management, coordination of small teams in corporate environment Experience as office manager, facilities tasks, reception, supplier follow ups Good financial understanding and experience with budgets, reporting and follow-up Knowledge of EHS/QHSE and applicable safety and compliance requirements The ability to handle complex issues and communicate professionally with various stakeholders Strong organizational and administrative skills as well as a proactive approach to tasks Calm under pressure General IT skills and experience with the Microsoft Excel Interest in learning more about comprehensive electrical and technical matters related to assets in the workspace and server room Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Nice to have: Tech savvy Passionate problem solver Fluent in another Nordic language What We Offer

Additional Information
  • Scope: Full-time with minimum 3 days in the office. On average, once/month evening hours work is required which will be compensated in overtime pay.
  • Location: Stockholm, in the heart of city center
  • Start date: July 2026
