Fågelstens Preschool is an established facility located in Lindome. The preschool consists of two departments for children aged 1–5 years.

Fågelstens Preschool is a literature-profiled preschool. This means, among other things, that we have a year-long theme-oriented approach with a fairy tale as the starting point for teaching. Picture books and fairy tales provide inspiration for communication, language development, and diverse learning. The literature profile ensures that children have ample access to literature and imaginative experiences in the world of fairy tales.

The operation is part of a pedagogical unit together with Bräcka and Gastorps preschools. We have a common organization for development, competence development, APT (Annual Planning, Tracking, and Evaluation), and study days.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated and licensed as a preschool teacher. For us, it is important that you are driven with a positive attitude towards operational development.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, where qualities such as a good attitude and a large portion of curiosity are important. You take responsibility for your and the joint tasks. You should have good cooperation skills, be receptive and good at communicating, while also having the ability to get others on board in the strive to achieve jointly set goals.

Your ability to explain problems and information to different recipients and from different perspectives is good in both speech and writing.
