Your role
As a parental advisor, you provide advice and support regarding issues related to parenthood. The work is based on a systemic theoretical foundation with the whole family in focus. We offer parental support programs such as ABC, KOMET, På Rätt Väg, and Föräldraskap i Sverige. We also participate in and lead other types of groups in collaboration with other actors, such as open preschools, Child Health Care (BVC), and Maternal and Child Health Care (BMM).
Responsibilities include, among other things:
- Conducting home visits in an extended home visit program in collaboration with Child Health Care (BVC).
- Conducting individual conversations with parents, leading groups, and collaborating with relevant actors.
Your qualifications and experience
For this role, you are required to have:
- A degree in Social Work (Social Work) or other education that the employer considers relevant for the position.
- Experience working with parental support.
The following are considered meritorious:
- Education in parental support programs such as ABC and KOMET.
- Experience of collaboration in work.
We are looking for someone who is stable in their professional role and capable of working independently. You are flexible in your work and have good teamwork skills. Furthermore, you easily create and maintain relationships and have good communication skills.
Other information
The position is a temporary assignment until December 31, 2026.
Some evening work may occur during parent meetings or parent groups.
A certificate of good conduct (police record check) will be requested before the employment becomes active.
