Skattkammaren is a parent-cooperative preschool located in Olofstorp. We are a small, family-oriented preschool with 19 children, dedicated to providing a high-quality and stimulating environment for the children. We have a high staff-to-child ratio and a stable team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a preschool teacher education (barnskötarutbildning)
• Enjoys outdoor life and being in nature
• Has strong collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach towards children, colleagues, and guardians.

As a preschool teacher, you will work together with other preschool teachers and colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical work at Skattkammaren. You are well-versed in the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschools and contribute to realizing its goals and intentions in our activities. Your task is to create the best possible conditions for children, parents, and colleagues to thrive and feel secure.

Through play and joyful learning, we aim to stimulate and preserve children's natural curiosity, give them time and space to think and reflect for themselves, and nurture their desire to learn. We place great emphasis on creating prerequisites for all children to develop and learn, laying the foundation for their future education.

We value previous experience in preschool activities. In our selection process, we will place great importance on personal qualities and interest in the position. We are looking for someone who is responsible and has good pedagogical insight. Furthermore, we value creativity, where you bring ideas and new ways to develop the activities together with colleagues.
