You will work closely with both participants and employers, build long-term relationships, and create real opportunities for employment.

Your Responsibilities

• Coaching and individual support in job seeking and career development
• Matching participants with employers and following up on workplaces
• Active contact with companies and networking in the local area
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and structured office environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and develop working methods and approaches

Requirements for the Role

• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Locally rooted in Hässleholm
• Self-motivated, driven, and genuinely committed to helping others
• Skilled at building relationships and networks
• Positive, solution-focused, and motivated
• Experience in job matching, coaching, pedagogy, or adult education

Qualifications Required to Work With Us

Option 1:

• University degree of at least 180 ECTS credits
• At least 2 years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in relevant professions, such as team leadership, recruitment, coaching, career guidance, or HR
• At least 1 year of post-secondary education with a passing grade
