We are now looking for an engaged and development-driven accountant who wants to be part of our continued journey towards creating thoughtful homes.
About the Role
As an Accountant here, you will have a central role in our finance function and work broadly with accounting for several companies within the group. You will become part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life.
You work close to the business and have good opportunities to influence, not least by contributing to the development and efficiency of processes, working methods, and workflows.
The position is a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months and is based in Malmö, but you will work in close collaboration with colleagues in Stockholm.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Ongoing bookkeeping

- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Preparation of annual reports
- Tax returns
- Contact with auditors
- Corporate formalities and other financial administration
About the Team
You will become part of our finance department with approximately 30 employees, where the accounting group consists of eight accountants and one accounting manager. The department also includes functions within controlling, tax, as well as customer and supplier accounting.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who are confident in your accounting skills and who thrive in a role where you get to combine precision with development and improvement work.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have a post-secondary education in economics/finance
- Have several years of experience in qualified accounting work
- Can independently prepare annual financial statements and annual reports
- Have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
- Have experience with financial systems – we work with Vitec Ekonomi
Experience from the real estate industry is an advantage. As we are an international group, you must also be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you have your own drive and a structured way of working. You are precise, responsible, and capable of working independently while also thriving in collaboration with others. You are receptive, unpretentious, and clear in your communication, which helps you build good relationships within the organization.
You have strong analytical skills. You can focus on details when needed, while also having an easy time seeing connections, understanding the big picture, and making well-founded decisions.
