Wrknest is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Calculator/Sales Representative position in Vallentuna. This offers a varied and central role where you combine calculation work with customer contact and coordination. The role suits you if you thrive in an environment where no two days are alike, and where structure, precision, and service are crucial for creating a smooth workflow in projects.

Unlike larger project-oriented operations, they work with many smaller assignments in parallel, which means a high tempo and multiple contact points. You will work on quotations based on existing price lists, handle customer dialogues, and ensure that deliveries and documentation run smoothly from start to finish.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating incoming inquiries and converting them into clear quotations and well-planned deliveries. You will have daily contact with customers and internal stakeholders, working systematically to manage several processes simultaneously.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Prepare and handle quotations based on price lists and customer inquiries
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and ensure good communication throughout the process
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up on orders
• Work with documentation and administration related to assignments
• Handle multiple parallel assignments simultaneously and ensure high quality in deliveries
• Have a basic understanding of environmental issues and permits related to, for example, excavation inquiries

• Has experience from the industrial, contracting, or related industries
• Has experience with quotation work, calculation, or documentation
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has good knowledge of English

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience in calculation work or calculation training
• Experience in customer-facing sales or outside sales
• Experience working in a role with many contact points and coordination

To succeed in the role, they believe you are detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable keeping order in a fast-paced environment. You have a knack for prioritizing between multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy creating structure even when many things are happening in parallel.
