Our client is a positive and social 83-year-old man living in a villa on Värmdö. It takes approximately 30–45 minutes to travel here from Slussen, depending on traffic conditions. Here, you will work in a cozy home environment where you become an important part of his daily routine. You will help with daily household chores – such as cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and personal hygiene – as well as garden work like watering flowers, mowing the lawn, raking leaves, and shoveling snow when needed. He uses a wheelchair, and the home is equipped with ceiling lifts to facilitate movement.

👉 The position is 65% based on a fixed schedule and includes day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekend work.

• 🌞 Good physical fitness and a cheerful disposition.

• 🚙 A valid driver's license and experience driving – you will drive the client's car (automatic) during outings and errands.

• 🗣️✍️ Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

• 🌟💡 Experience in similar work is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• 📅 Start Date: August 1, 2026.

• 📊 Employment Level: 65% on a fixed shift rotation.

• ⏳ Contract: An introductory period and approximately two months of hourly employment before the regular employment level is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.

• 🕒 Shifts: Days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
