RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of childcare worker, you are part of a work team that collaborates based on current governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work for the children's development and learning.

Fixed-term employment from 2026-08-24 to 2027-08-20.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have childcare education. You have good cooperation skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new work methods as well as spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.

We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.

In accordance with the Law on Suitability Control, you must be able to present an extract from the police criminal record upon employment.
