As a substitute residential supervisor, you are expected to plan, execute, document, and evaluate activities and goals together with the youth. Respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination are fundamental values in the daily work. We strive to support our young people in their daily lives with structure, social interaction, meaningful leisure time, healthcare contacts, and energy management. One of our main goals is to provide young people with the opportunity to attend school successfully. Another goal is to provide each young person with a meaningfully structured leisure time. Other important areas of work include, in collaboration with other employees, being responsible for well-being, order, and cleanliness in the facility's common areas, and actively participating in the development and improvement work of the facility. In addition, cooking for the young people occurs during each work shift. Work is carried out around the clock with sleeping on-call shifts, day, and evening shifts. Work is performed both in teams and independently.

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, childcare worker with a focus on disabilities, or alternatively have post-secondary education in care, as well as experience working within LSS (Services for Persons with Disabilities). You are unpretentious, believe in collaboration, and can work both independently and in a group. Qualifications

You are a nursing assistant, childcare worker with a focus on disabilities, or alternatively have post-secondary education as a support educator (400 YH credits), or other equivalent education, as well as previous experience working within LSS. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as experience with social documentation. Experience and knowledge regarding different approaches and work methods, such as low-affective interaction, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), clarifying pedagogy, and MI (Motivational Interviewing), are preferred. You should have experience and knowledge regarding autism spectrum diagnosis and hold a B-driver's license. We would like you to have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
