We are currently looking for a Service Manager in the cleaning sector. Do you have experience in personnel management and a business-minded approach? Then this job is for you! The position is a full-time employment with immediate start.

You will be responsible for one or more customers at the company. Your work area is spread across several locations in Gothenburg and surrounding areas, and your responsibility is to drive and develop your business area.

Working hours vary and are arranged according to the needs of the operation, as production runs 24/7, seven days a week. You will have overall responsibility for the customer and, in the long term, also responsibility for several customers in the Gothenburg area.

Your Responsibilities

As a Service Manager at SOL, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations are managed correctly and satisfactorily. You have both personnel and result responsibility with the goal of having satisfied customers and employees, as well as meeting goals related to KPIs. An important part of your work is also to plan, perform, and document quality controls according to internal and external regulations and agreements.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Plan and lead work in both the short and long term, and make strategic decisions for your unit
• Maintain ongoing contact with the customer and ensure delivery according to signed agreements
• Work systematically with occupational health and safety and quality
• Recruit and develop personnel
• Administration regarding, among other things, time reporting and payroll
• Plan resources and tasks, create forecasts and result figures
• Personnel responsibility, which includes employee interviews, handling rehabilitation cases, etc.
• Lead and develop group leaders in the area

Who are we looking for?

• You have a high school education; further education is meritorious
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge and experience working with the Office package and other computer systems
• You have worked in a similar role and/or industry previously
• Knowledge of leadership, quality, occupational health and safety, and environment
• Sales skills and experience communicating with customers
• Meritorious if you have prior training in SRY and INSTA
