Are you a confident and experienced HR Business Partner who wants to contribute to creating conditions for a sustainable working life where employees and managers thrive and perform well? Do you thrive in a broad role where you get to work both operationally and strategically – and where collaboration and team spirit are a natural part of everyday life? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

Our operations are growing, and we are now looking for three HR Business Partners. For a permanent position, we are seeking an HR Business Partner with a focus on occupational health and safety issues. We are also looking for two HR Business Partners for fixed-term contracts of approximately 1.5 years.

Job Description

As an HR Business Partner here, you work broadly within the HR field, providing advisory support to managers. You provide qualified support in areas such as recruitment, employment law, workforce planning, and personnel matters.

You collaborate with trade unions and external parties and contribute to development and change work within HR. The role also involves developing and implementing policy documents, some HR administration, and developing working methods, routines, and the digitalization of HR processes. We use AI as a natural part of our daily work.

Currently, we need to strengthen our areas of occupational health and safety, workforce planning, and HR systems. The focus may vary over time based on the organization's current needs.

As an HR Business Partner with a focus on occupational health and safety (permanent position), part of your assignment will be to drive, coordinate, and follow up on systematic occupational health and safety work at the organizational level.

As an HR Business Partner with a focus on workforce planning (fixed-term position), your role will be partially focused on workforce planning, analysis, and integrating the workforce planning process into business management.

We are looking for one additional HR Business Partner (fixed-term position) who thrives in a broad role and also enjoys working with the development and administration of HR systems.

As an HR Business Partner here, you will become part of a collaborative and non-hierarchical HR team consisting of five HR Business Partners and one HR Manager. We work closely together, share knowledge and experiences, and support each other in large and small matters with the aim of taking joint responsibility for delivering professional HR support to the business.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

To succeed in the role, you need:

  • An academic education in HR/personnel and working life, or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant experience in qualified and broad HR work, including advisory support for managers
  • Several years of experience in HR work within the public sector
  • Good knowledge of employment law, including state collective agreements
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, as well as good proficiency in English
  • One of the following three alternatives:
  • Experience in coordinating systematic occupational health and safety work at the organizational level
  • Experience in driving, coordinating, and developing work within workforce planning at the organizational level
  • Experience in developing and administering HR systems where you have developed and driven the digitalization of HR processes, routines, and policy documents.

Merits include

  • Experience in project management or coordination of HR-related development initiatives
  • Experience in analyzing and following up on personnel key figures

As a person, you are knowledgeable, relationship-building, and empathetic. You are confident in your profession and drive your assignments forward independently. You take responsibility and are solution- and results-oriented. Since you will handle a variety of tasks, it is important that you work in a structured manner, make clear prioritizations, and complete what you start.

You build trusting relationships through your communication skills, consultative approach, and professional demeanor, even in complex or sensitive matters. At the same time, you are non-hierarchical, share your competence, ask for help when needed, and contribute to an open and supportive climate, which actively strengthens the team's joint results.

Great importance is attached to personal attributes.
