On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer for a growing company. This role is perfect for you if you want to work close to the business and have the opportunity to develop within commercial law, corporate law, and regulatory issues in a dynamic organization.

This is a broad legal role where you will work closely with various parts of the business and contribute legal support.

Your Responsibilities

As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will work broadly with legal issues and support the business in its daily operations. Responsibilities include providing legal advice to different parts of the organization, as well as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

You will also work on developing and updating internal policies, guidelines, and other governing documents, as well as handling corporate and regulatory matters. The role also involves contributing to compliance efforts and the development of internal processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A law degree
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience from a law firm or in-house legal work
• An interest in commercial law and regulatory issues
• Good communication skills

About the Assignment

The role is a fixed-term assignment (contract-to-hire). You will be employed as a consultant by us at Awexia for the first 6 months, after which the employment will transfer to our client.
